Information security is in our blood. It is a must. With our wide range of services, we must handle our customers' data and our own with the utmost care. For that reason, ilionx has had the ISO27001 certificate for years.

Information security in general is already very important to us, information security in healthcare goes beyond that. For all our services to healthcare customers, which we serve nationwide, we have certified ourselves by annually obtaining the NEN7510 certificate.

In our business, quality is essential. We know how to do it, but we successfully pass the bar of the international standard for quality management systems every year.

We can proudly say that we have all our financial affairs in order! The annual NEN-4400-1 certification audit ensures that we mee the national standard. We ensure that we have an even higher level of maturity than that.

We have the ISAE3000 SOC II Type II report drawn up annually for a number of specific customers and associated services. This detailed report audits ilionx to the Contoso framework, where evidence is not examined randomly by the auditor, but for one entire calendar year.

Since 2021, Ilionx has also been evaluated by EcoVadis for its sustainability performance. This evaluation assesses aspects such as the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

For the healthcare institutions that use the patient portal hosted by ilionx - where we use DigiD - we are audited annually by an independent auditor and we have been doing this successfully for years. This way we keep the use of DigiD and access to our services safe.
